NH Hoteles (Madrid: NHH.MC) will open five new hotels in Spain, Italy and Mexico during the first quarter of 2009, adding nearly a thousand rooms available in the 22 countries in Europe, America and Africa, according to the company statement announced this week.
If the share price remains around the current level of €3,24 we could seriously consider increasing our holding in this company by 50%. At the current price the shares yield approximately 8% providing the dividend is held.
The 52 week price range has been €3,10 - €10,89
